"Senior Judge Discredits EU and ECOWAS Reports on Nigerian Elections!"

Albeit the European Association (EU) and ECOWAS designations are certify to notice Nigeria's races, their reports on the decisions are 'worthless' and 'forbidden' in Nigerian courts, a senior appointed authority controlled on Wednesday.

This was said by Moses Ugo, a judge at the Court of Appeal, Nigeria's second highest court, as he read his ruling as a member of the Presidential Election Petition Court.

Anonymous reported that the appeals brought by three opposition parties against President Bola Tinubu's election were rejected by the five-member PEPC panel.

Mr. Ugo explained why the EU and ECOWAS reports that criticized a portion of the 2023 presidential election were inadmissible in court while expressing his support for his fellow panel judges.

He stated, "The EUEOM report on the presidential elections in 2023... and I dare to add even the ECOWAS report on the same elections tendered by second and third respondents is completely valueless and inadmissible..."
